About Adapterra
Adapterra is a brand that recognizes and values inspiring projects that help us adapt our cities, buildings, and landscapes to extreme weather conditions. They focus on adaptation measures and climate change resilience. Through their Adapterra Awards competition, organized by Nadace Partnerství and Integra Consulting, they seek out and celebrate the best examples of climate change adaptation projects.
They aim to cool our cities and improve water retention in landscapes. The competition allows participants and the public to vote for their favorite projects, with the winner receiving a prize of 50,000 CZK from Deloitte, a sponsor of the competition. In addition to financial prizes, there are also categories for different types of projects, such as urban areas, open landscapes, and residential areas.
Adapterra is committed to creating a pleasant and sustainable living environment for every season, and they believe it is up to us to prepare our surroundings for the future challenges posed by climate change
