ADAPT FIT is an inclusive gym offering physical fitness programs for children, teens, and adults with social, cognitive, or physical challenges. Its mission is to make exercise accessible, enjoyable, and supportive, while addressing health concerns associated with sedentary lifestyles. Qualified staff adapt whole-body workouts to individual needs and lead group classes designed to develop balance, strength, endurance, coordination, flexibility, and mindfulness. The gym also offers adapted physical education programs, known as APE, and invites newcomers to try a free introductory class.

ADAPT FIT aims to create a safe, low-pressure environment where participants can learn, build confidence, and progress at their own pace. Its team brings a combined 60 years of fitness expertise and personal experience, with knowledge in kinesiology, adapted physical education, and functional movement. Beyond workouts, the organization hosts inclusive social events throughout the year and extended-day camps during school breaks. It also supports the special-needs community through fundraising, awareness, charitable contributions, and partnerships with local schools to provide adapted fitness classes for students in Adult Community Transition programs.
