Adatt

Adatt is an independent building consultancy based in Paris, founded in 2012. It supports project owners, architects, and construction companies on new-build and renovation projects, including work on occupied sites. Combining construction cost consultancy, building information modelling (BIM), and technical coordination, Adatt aims to help clients save 10 to 15% in time and money per project.

Its services include technical and architectural coordination, preparation of coordination drawings and digital models, BIM management, modelling, and advice and training. Adatt also provides construction cost estimates, feasibility studies, quantity take-offs, financial monitoring, and support during competition phases. For project delivery, its scheduling, management, and coordination (OPC) services include planning work, facilitating meetings, supervising project stages, and monitoring progress.
