ADD Academy Toulouse is a community sports organization in the Toulouse area dedicated to Art du Déplacement, a movement practice associated with the Yamakasi. Its approach brings together practical movement skills and personal development, encouraging participants to walk, run, climb and jump while building confidence and supporting one another.
The academy offers classes for children from age nine, teenagers and adults, with sessions open to women and men, beginners and more experienced participants. Training takes place at Gymnase Karben in Ramonville and outdoors, with age-group sessions and shared classes. Activities develop strength, cardiovascular fitness, agility, flexibility and movement techniques. The organization also provides a dedicated weekly time slot for members interested in creating an end-of-year performance.
Alongside regular classes, ADD Academy Toulouse organizes workshops and stages, including sessions led by guest practitioners. Its community-oriented atmosphere emphasizes learning together and welcoming newcomers. The academy publishes schedules and registration information for each season and invites prospective members to get in touch by email or phone to ask questions and join.
