Addictions Counsellor Amber is the counselling practice of Amber Dittberner, offering personalized support for people seeking recovery from addiction and related mental health challenges. Amber provides counselling for alcohol and drug use, gambling, internet use and compulsive spending, as well as co-occurring concerns such as depression, anxiety, panic and PTSD. Drawing on her own experience of maintaining sobriety since 2011, she aims to support clients as they work toward healing and recovery.
Appointments are available in person in a private, soothing office at Windblown Therapy Collective, 1100 Concordia Avenue, Suite 205, in Winnipeg, or remotely through online video sessions. The practice emphasizes individualized care and a safe, comfortable environment, with private rooms and complimentary tea and water for in-person visits. Amber also offers therapy craft workshops. She is accepting new clients and is a Blue Cross provider; clients are encouraged to confirm coverage with their benefit plan.
