The club operates under a member-elected board and boasts an impressive annual turnover of over $20M, employing nearly 800 staff during their peak season. As a comprehensive racing and events venue, Addington Raceway offers a range of services. Their state-of-the-art facilities include multiple race tracks and venues that can host various events, functions, and gatherings.

Guests can enjoy the on-site bar and bistro, Spectators, which is open during race nights, weekdays, and special events. Additionally, Addington Raceway has a mobile kitchen, Spectators Pop-Up Kitchen, for off-site events. Known for its iconic race, the IRT New Zealand Trotting Cup, Addington Raceway hosts approximately 62 race meetings per season, in addition to meetings held by guest clubs.
