ADDLAP, the Association for the Development of Dão, Lafões and Alto Paiva, supports rural development across its territory in Portugal. The organization works with local communities and partners to strengthen the region through funding, project support, cooperation, training and promotion of local assets. Its programmes include PEPAC 2023–2027 and community-led local development initiatives, with calls supporting small agricultural investments, bioeconomy and circular economy projects, business diversification, local markets, short supply chains, and the conservation of rural, natural and cultural heritage. ADDLAP also provides information on payment requests, project reports, incentives and previously completed funding schemes.

Beyond funding, the association promotes cooperation and social innovation, offers professional training, and shares project experiences and information about the territory. Its tourism-related work highlights rural experiences, routes, cycling circuits and local gastronomy. Featured initiatives include the Map of Gastronomic Secrets, which promotes food and wine heritage in five municipalities, and Aldeias de Portugal, a visitor concept centered on rural life. ADDLAP is based in Viseu and serves the Dão, Lafões and Alto Paiva area.
