ADEDY, the Supreme Administration of Public Employees’ Unions, is a Greek trade union organization representing public-sector employees through affiliated federations and regional departments. It works to promote workers’ rights and improve pay and working conditions, while coordinating collective action and communicating members’ concerns to public authorities and the wider community.

The organization campaigns on issues including wage increases, the restoration of holiday bonuses, collective pay agreements, tax-free income thresholds, and allowances for hazardous work. Its activities include organizing or supporting strikes, work stoppages, rallies, nationwide action days, meetings, and conferences. ADEDY also publishes press releases, announcements, statements, proposals, and resolutions, and shares reports, interviews, speeches, photographs, and videos about union activity across Greece.

Its website provides information on affiliated organizations, regional departments, leadership bodies, and current campaigns. It also offers updates on labor legislation and case law, including material concerning union leave and public employees’ rights. Through these resources and activities, ADEDY serves as a coordinating and representative body for public-sector unions and their members.
