Steve Adelman, MD, provides psychotherapy, executive coaching, and consultations in psychiatry and addiction medicine for individuals, couples, families, teams, and organizational leaders. A psychiatrist, therapist, and executive coach, Dr. Adelman is triple board-certified in psychiatry, addiction medicine, and executive coaching. He brings experience working with executives, management consultants, physicians, and healthcare leaders, and has assisted more than a thousand physicians and healthcare leaders over the past decade. His medical licenses cover Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New York; virtual coaching is available across the United States and worldwide.

Dr. Adelman takes a collaborative, respectful approach, assessing each client’s needs and recommending tailored therapeutic, coaching, psychoeducational, or medical interventions. Services may include psychotherapy, executive or addiction and recovery coaching, combined therapy and coaching, supervision, and pharmacotherapy. He also works with couples and families facing substance use, mental illness, burnout, and work-life challenges, and helps teams and leaders address employee behavior, interpersonal conflict, and performance concerns.
