About ADEL Slovakia
ADEL, the Association for Development, Education, and Labor, is an organization dedicated to enabling young people to participate in various youth exchanges, trainings, and voluntary service within the framework of Erasmus+ funding. With a focus on development, education, and labor, ADEL aims to provide opportunities for young individuals to learn, experience, and connect with people from different countries, visit new places, and improve their English language skills. ADEL offers a range of programs and services to cater to the diverse interests and needs of young people.
For those aged 14 to 30, there are youth exchanges where they can learn and explore something new. The organization also provides volunteering opportunities for individuals who want to make a meaningful contribution to those in need and gain valuable experiences through 1-12 month-long projects abroad. Moreover, ADEL conducts training programs for individuals over 18 years old with previous work or volunteer experience, giving them a chance to deepen their knowledge on specific topics and share their experiences with others.
In addition to international projects, ADEL also hosts various local events such as workshops, discussions, sports and cultural activities, and online campaigns. Furthermore, the organization conducts surveys and analyzes public opinions, knowledge, and activities of other institutions to prepare for future activities and projects. By participating in ADEL's projects, individuals can gain practical experience, learn about topics that aren't extensively covered in school, improve their communication and presentation skills, and experience different cultures while almost free of charge.
They also have the opportunity to form friendships with people from around the world, collaborate on future projects, and perhaps even build future families. Stay informed about the latest ADEL projects by subscribing to their newsletter
