ADHAF is a cooperative providing home assistance and personal services across Toulouse and the south-east of its metropolitan area, including Ramonville-Saint-Agne, Castanet-Tolosan and Montgiscard. Created as a nonprofit association, it became a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest in 2008, involving service users and employees in its development. A member of the national UNA network, ADHAF supports older people, people with disabilities and others needing help to remain at home.

Its services assist with essential daily activities and are delivered by trained care workers, often qualified in social or health care. The cooperative also offers practical household help and support for parents facing difficulties balancing work and family life, including childcare-related needs. ADHAF provides a personalized assessment, a free, no-obligation quote, a suitable worker and ongoing follow-up to adapt services when circumstances change.

It offers round-the-clock availability and serves clients seven days a week. Its quality approach follows the NF Services to Individuals at Home standard, and the organization is authorized by the Haute-Garonne Departmental Council
