Established in 2014, our organization is driven by a passionate and experienced board of directors who bring a wealth of knowledge in clinical, governance, leadership, nonprofit, and business sectors. As volunteers themselves, our board members possess a unique blend of personal experience with ADHD and professional expertise, ensuring a well-rounded approach to our initiatives.

Led by our Chair, Matthew Tice, a seasoned CEO and strategic advisor, we strive to create positive change and make a difference for individuals with ADHD. With his extensive background in strategy and innovation, Matthew has guided organizations across the globe, resulting in significant economic and social impact. He is also the author of two books, including the recent Insurgence: How Established Incumbents Can Operate Like Nimble Insurgents in Fast Changing and Volatile Markets (2020).
