As the oldest and largest ADHD self-help organization in Germany, we have been volunteering for people with ADHD for almost four decades. We are a non-profit association with volunteers working at the federal, state, and local levels. We have over 200 self-help groups, online groups, a telephone counseling network, and an email counseling service that operates nationwide.
Our organization offers a wide range of services and support for individuals with ADHD and their families. We provide information on ADHD, accompanying disorders, diagnosis, therapy, clinics, legal matters, society, adults, adolescents, family, nutrition, school and education, hobbies, and exercise. Additionally, we offer self-help groups, online self-help groups, telephone counseling, and email counseling.
