ADI is an Abu Dhabi-based blockchain initiative founded by Sirius International Holding, the digital arm of IHC. Through ADI Foundation, it provides an institutional gateway for governments, sovereign entities, and regulators to adopt blockchain using infrastructure and frameworks designed to align with national priorities. Its stated ambition is to bring one billion people onto blockchain by 2030, beginning in the Middle East, Asia, and Africa.

At the center of its offering is ADI Chain, a public blockchain built for regulated finance. Its modular, three-layer architecture combines Ethereum settlement security with high-throughput transaction execution and customizable enterprise rollups.
