Aditi Loveridge is a passionate advocate and the founder/CEO of the Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support Centre, dedicated to breaking the biases surrounding miscarriage, stillbirth, and infertility. Her mission focuses on illuminating the profound and lifelong impacts of loss on families and the importance of continued support beyond the initial grief period. Aditi, a certified coach and diversity and inclusion expert, emphasizes the need for equitable spaces for all individuals affected by loss, particularly marginalized communities.

Her work includes providing coaching services for individuals experiencing reproductive loss—from initial grief through conceiving again and parenting after loss. Aditi has also co-founded Seeds of Growth, an ICF-accredited coaching program aimed at training others to support the loss community. Since its inception, her charity has flourished, growing 210% annually, and now employs a team of dedicated volunteers and staff. Aditi also advocates for systemic changes, notably contributing to the passing of Bill 17 for expanded bereavement leave, underlining her commitment to enhancing support for families in need.
