ADM Estrela – Associação Social e Desenvolvimento is a Portuguese private social solidarity institution founded in December 1989 and based in Vale de Estrela, Guarda. Recognized as a public-benefit entity and an NGO for people with disabilities, the organization works across social support, development, inclusion and training.
