About ADNR
ADNR, the Association for the Development of Nogueira da Regedoura, is a community-focused organisation in Portugal. Its mission is to support individuals, families and the wider community through educational, social and professional initiatives, including assistance for people at risk of social exclusion. The association offers certified professional training for unemployed people and employed adults, as well as informal courses and workshops in cooking, pastry, floral arts, visual arts, beauty and aesthetics.
Its services also include psychological support, employment guidance, legal advice and nutrition consultations, with some free or discounted support available to eligible users and members. Community activities include urban and contemporary dance classes and Viet-Vo-Dao martial arts lessons for children and adults. ADNR also participates in funded education and training projects and makes spaces available for training, physical activities and events.
Based in Nogueira da Regedoura, the association invites local residents to join, contribute donations and take part in its work supporting community wellbeing, learning and employment
