Adorable Sleeper

Adorable Sleeper is a child sleep consultancy founded by Katherine, helping families build healthy sleep habits through a holistic, personalised approach. Katherine is a certified Infant and Child Sleep Consultant through Baby Sleep Consultant NZ and holds a degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Child Care and Education. Her experience includes working in early-years education at daycares and preschools across different countries and educational settings.

The consultancy supports expectant parents and families with children from birth to five years old. Its newborn package helps parents prepare for their baby’s sleep, while packages for babies and young children provide a personalised plan and two weeks of follow-up support. The Standard package offers email support; the Premium option includes support by phone, message, and/or email. Families can also book a 30-minute video or phone consultation for €80, or add an extra week of support for €100. The consultation fee may be deducted from a package if a client subsequently chooses one.
