ADRAR Formation

ADRAR Formation is a professional training organisation based in France’s Occitanie region, helping people develop skills and move into lasting employment. With more than 40 years of experience, it welcomes over 6,000 learners annually across six centres and offers more than 300 training modules for individuals and businesses. Its programmes serve employees, apprentices, jobseekers and employers, with personalised guidance from initial advice and orientation through training and career planning.

Training covers fields including building and climate engineering, digital technology, electricity and telecommunications, health and social care, embedded systems, industry, quality and safety, and business services. Courses range from short, targeted modules to qualifying, certified and state-recognised diploma programmes, many linked to France’s national professional certification register. Options include work-study pathways, distance and hybrid learning, skills assessments, and support with validation of prior experience. ADRAR also assists learners with funding applications, including eligible CPF training, and supports apprentices seeking employers. Its programmes are designed around learner needs and labour-market demand, delivered by experienced trainers, and supported by ISO 9001, Qualiopi and Certif Région certifications.
