ADRHA is a non-profit organization with 50 years of experience in integrating professionals, experts, advanced students, and anyone interested in deepening their understanding of human resources management in organizations. As a member of the Federación Interamericana de Asociaciones de Gestión Humana and the World Federation of People Management Associations, ADRHA aims to drive continuous improvement in people management to balance organizational interests and worker expectations ethically and respectfully.
