Adslev

Adslev Slægten is a Danish family association for people with a connection to the Adslev family, whose history is traced to farmer Peder Jensen of Adslev, born in 1766, and his wife Margrethe Rasmusdatter of Mjesing, born in 1768. The association brings relatives together to explore their shared heritage, learn about family history and enjoy one another’s company. Its activities include family reunions and other social events, with information about gatherings, members and association news shared through its website and Facebook page.

The site also features photographs and reports from past reunions, including the 2020 gathering at Nørre Vissing Kro, as well as information about the association’s board, meetings and membership. Visitors can find details for joining or leaving the association and registering for a family reunion. Adslev Slægten also highlights a memorial stone in the village of Adslev, between Skanderborg and Aarhus, and provides its location for visitors.

The association’s community is built around preserving family connections and celebrating a common history
