About ADS-Northrift
Anglican Development Services – North Rift (ADS NR) is the development arm of the Anglican Dioceses of Eldoret, Kitale, Kapsabet, and the Missionary Area of Lodwar. Our region covers six counties in the North Rift, including Nandi, Uasin Gishu, Elgeiyo Marakwet, Trans-Nzoia, West Pokot, and Turkana, with a total area of 177,394 square kilometers and an estimated population of 4. 3 million.
At ADS NR, we prioritize participatory approaches that align with the needs and priorities of the communities we serve. Our work is guided by Luke 4:18-19, and we currently support community efforts in five different sectors: capacity building, food security, economic empowerment and livelihoods, governance, peace-building and conflict transformation, agriculture and value chain development, and water, sanitation, and hygiene. With a dedicated team led by the Executive Director, we ensure efficient administration and project decentralization to six zones, each covering one county.
