About Advertising Standards Authority
The Advertising Standards Authority in Ireland has been entrusted with promoting, regulating, and upholding the highest advertising standards for over 40 years. As an independent self-regulatory body, we ensure that all marketing communications in Ireland adhere to our Code of Standards, guaranteeing that advertising is Legal, Decent, Honest, and Truthful. Our mission is to safeguard consumers by setting and enforcing advertising standards, monitoring ad content, and removing harmful or misleading advertisements.
