Advanced Pediatric Therapies (APT) is a pediatric occupational therapy practice serving children and families in Portland, Oregon, and Vancouver, Washington. For more than 24 years, the practice has focused on helping children with sensory processing disorders and sensory integration challenges. Its highly trained occupational therapists tailor care to each child’s strengths, needs, and development, using a relationship-centered, play-based, holistic approach. APT’s welcoming clinics feature specialized equipment and activities that support sensory experiences, physical and cognitive development, confidence, and social skills.

Services include sensory integration therapy, therapeutic listening, social skills support, postural and core development, therapy intensives, handwriting, and the Early Start Denver Model.
