Advanced Renal Care

Advanced Renal Care (ARC) is a nephrology and dialysis practice serving patients and families in Gauteng, South Africa. With clinics in Lenasia South and Honeydew, Randburg, its team supports people from the early stages of kidney disease through long-term haemodialysis. The practice provides kidney and dialysis care alongside clear, accessible education about kidney function, treatment, preparation for dialysis, and everyday life during treatment. Its resources are designed for patients, families, and caregivers, and include an opportunity to ask nephrologists general educational questions.

Haemodialysis sessions are supported by nephrologists, renal nurses, and an on-site pharmacist. Patients can receive a renal-appropriate meal, use free Wi-Fi and satellite TV, and choose morning or afternoon time slots arranged around work and family. Free patient transport is available within the clinics’ catchment areas. ARC accepts all medical aids and offers cash rates for private-paying patients. The practice also provides appointment bookings and WhatsApp contact, helping patients ask questions and understand what to expect as they navigate kidney care.
