Advantage Vision Training, LLC (AVT) provides education and live vision training for baseball and softball hitters. Its mission is to help players understand how vision affects hitting and develop their ability to recognize pitches, with the goal of giving them more time to react—an outcome the company describes as “slowing the pitch down. ” AVT’s approach combines instruction about vision and pitch characteristics with live practice using its patented Pitch Recognition System.
