About AdvoCard
AdvoCard is a leading advocacy brand based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Our mission is to empower individuals and ensure they have a strong voice and control over their own lives. We follow a Human Rights Based Approach, providing people with the necessary information about their rights and choices, without making decisions for them.
As an independent charity, we are not affiliated with the Council, NHS, or Scottish Government, although they do fund some of our services. At AdvoCard, we offer a range of free services to support individuals. Our services include Mental Health advocacy, Problematic Substance Use advocacy, Prison advocacy, Welfare Reform advocacy, and Collective advocacy.
