Aemas

Aemas is a spectroscopy and analytical-instrument specialist founded in 1999. It began as a laboratory focused on challenging elemental analyses using techniques such as ICP-OES and ICP-MS. Since partnering with Teledyne Leeman Labs in 2005, Aemas has focused on supplying specialized instruments and applying its laboratory expertise to customer needs. Its portfolio has since expanded to include equipment and technologies from multiple suppliers, including Spectral Systems, whose electrothermal vaporization technology can be coupled with ICP-OES or ICP-MS.

Aemas offers mercury and total organic carbon (TOC) analyzers, VOC instruments, ICP-OES systems, automation, sample preparation and sample introduction solutions. Its range also includes dissolution and diffusion testing, powder-flowability equipment, and microwave inductively coupled nitrogen plasma technology. These products support applications across sectors such as environmental monitoring, pharmaceuticals, food and beverage, mining, petrochemicals and semiconductors. At its demonstration and application laboratory in Oosterhout, the company develops applications for spectroscopy equipment from represented and other suppliers, helping clients address elemental-analysis challenges and laboratory workflows.
