AEO Directory is an information resource focused on Authorised Economic Operators (AEOs), helping users understand the status and customs-compliance landscape across countries. The site describes itself as the only global directory of AEOs and reports coverage of more than 22,000 operators and 113 country profiles. Its central service is a searchable directory of AEOs published by national authorities, supplemented with company information from Kompass and relevant official company registries.

This combination gives users access to published operator listings alongside additional business profile details. The directory also provides country profiles covering AEO status and the status of operational customs compliance programmes, offering a country-level view of related arrangements. Supporting resources include an explanation of what it means to be an AEO, frequently asked questions, and links to other services such as B2Bnet, ExportersAlmanac, and TradeLedger.

AEO Directory also publishes information about its mission, partners, policies, and terms, and provides contact options for users seeking further assistance. The site carries a TradeTech Solutions copyright notice
