Our Story Aerem Limited as a concept started during the COVID lockdown of July 2021. The managing director Julie Saia made a quick and spontaneous decision to change the direction of her family's life and decided to go self-employed. Once the business had formed a base, her partner Ben Alford joined on September 30th, 2021, with the story of Aerem's development to be continued. Mission Statement We are committed to providing compliant and practical health and safety advice and improving the social, economic, and environmental well-being of the New Zealand Community.

Aerem is a family and Pasifika island-run business based in Auckland, New Zealand. As the only Pasifika Island owned hazardous substances consultancy in the country, Aerem specializes in Occupational/Biological Hygiene Assessments and Asbestos Consultancy/Testing Services across the North Island. The brand's story began during the first COVID lockdown when the managing director, Julie Saia, decided to change the direction of her family's life and establish a progressive environmental consultancy and laboratory.
