Aero app

Aero is an endurance coaching platform designed to help coaches and athletes manage training in one connected system. Coaches can organize teams and sub-teams, build and reuse workouts, assign sessions on a shared calendar, and monitor mileage, consistency, pace, heart rate, and performance trends. Runs sync automatically through Apple Health and Android Health Connect, bringing in data from compatible services and devices, including Garmin, COROS, Samsung, and Strava. Aero also offers coach notes, comments, and AI-generated summaries and alerts to help identify fatigue, overreaching, and progress across a roster.

For athletes, the platform combines training tools with a community featuring team and local feeds, route sharing, leaderboards, streaks, and progress tracking. Athletes can join free, while coaches choose paid plans based on team size, with monthly and yearly billing options. An optional Athlete+ subscription adds a personalized Aero Coach, advanced training insights, and greater visibility to coaches. Aero is available through web and mobile apps, with support for connected health data and training devices.
