About Aerospring Gardens
Aerospring Hydroponics is a brand dedicated to helping people grow, eat, and share fresh produce from the comfort of their own homes. Founded in 2015 by Thorben and Nadine Linneberg, the brand aims to address the challenges of growing food in densely populated city-states like Singapore, where less than 10% of the food supply is grown locally. Concerns about the origin of produce and the use of pesticides prompted the founders to develop their own vertical hydroponic system that maximizes space and automates the gardening process.
The success of their prototypes led to the creation of sleek, modular systems that fit even the smallest urban balcony. In 2020, they received their first US patent. Building on this success, Aerospring Hydroponics expanded their product line to include indoor systems, allowing people to grow fresh produce year-round, regardless of outdoor conditions.
