Wir sind die österreichische Sektion von Ärzte ohne Grenzen. Ärzte ohne Grenzen leistet in mehr als 70 Ländern humanitäre und medizinische Hilfe, um Leben zu retten und Menschen in Not zu helfen. Wir helfen dort, wo Menschen von den Auswirkungen von Krieg, Konflikten, Epidemien, Naturkatastrophen, Flucht oder Vertreibung betroffen sind. Weil wir oft die Einzigen vor Ort sind, machen wir Notlagen und Probleme sichtbar, die sonst im Verborgenen bleiben würden. Ärzte ohne Grenzen finanziert sich ausschließlich über private Spenden. Nur so können wir unabhängig, unparteiisch und neutral handeln. Nur so können wir dort helfen, wo man uns am dringendsten braucht.
