Aesthete Wines is a brand born out of unplanned encounters and a shared passion for winemaking. When Jeff Jones acquired the renowned Dry Stack Vineyard, and later met winemaker Jesse Katz, they were inspired by Jesse's deep appreciation for terroir and the intricate relationship between nature and science. Together with Jeff's brother Peter, they formed aesthete wines with a mission to craft exceptional single vineyard wines.

Growing up in Santa Rosa, the trio never imagined that they would embark on such a remarkable journey. Now, they aim to bring people together through their wines, providing a way to savor special moments and create lasting memories.
