Simona Stohrer offers holistic online nutrition counseling for women aged 40 and over, with a focus on the changing needs associated with hormones, perimenopause and menopause. A certified nutrition counselor with more than ten years of experience, Stohrer draws on both professional knowledge and her personal experience of hormonal changes and Hashimoto’s to support clients with practical, individualized guidance.

Her Youth&Beauty approach connects nutrition, hormones, skin and weight rather than treating these concerns in isolation. Services include support with hormone-related weight changes, skin concerns such as acne and rosacea, menopause, Hashimoto’s and thyroid-related challenges, as well as individual nutrition counseling and longevity. The goal is to help clients build sustainable habits, improve everyday energy and work toward feeling more balanced, without restrictive diets or quick fixes.

The counseling is designed to complement medical care, not replace diagnosis or treatment. Programs are tailored to each woman’s circumstances and emphasize evidence-informed, realistic steps that can fit into daily life. Stohrer also shares guidance and information through her online magazine.
