About AETERNA DESIGN
AETERNA DESIGN | Rome is an authentic narrative of the city's history translated into stylish home furnishings. Established in 2013 as a creative hub specializing in architecture and product design, AETERNA DESIGN has evolved into a subsidiary of the advertising agency Made in Genesi, focusing on projects related to product design, packaging, environmental design, installations, and merchandising. The brand's mission is to reclaim Rome's original cobblestones, known as sampietrini, and transform them into unique pieces of furniture for private homes, offices, events, and public spaces.
Each piece is meticulously crafted by a team of skilled architects, product designers, and artists, ensuring the highest quality and proudly Made in Italy. AETERNA DESIGN combines design, Roman history, and technology into a sustainable solution. Founded by three Roman entrepreneurs and creatives, Alfredo Visca, Pietro Causati, and Sacha Caterina Krajisnik, AETERNA DESIGN has also partnered with AS Roma to produce a limited-edition premium line of products incorporating the original sampietrini.
