AE Interior

AE Interior is the yacht interior consultancy of Ana Elena Torres, specialising in luxury marine interiors, lifestyle and outfitting for refit and new-build projects. Working with owners, designers, architects, project managers, suppliers and shipyards, the consultancy guides clients through each stage, from early concepts to final delivery. Its services include concept and layout planning, defining a project’s look and feel, coordinating communication between clients, yards and suppliers, and preparing project documentation, schedules and progress reports.

AE Interior also manages yacht outfitting, including material sourcing and procurement, upholstery projects with specialist partners, and FF&E packages for fittings, appliances, decorative accessories, art and customised designs. Additional support covers OS&E supply, styling, production supervision, quality control, snagging and warranty follow-up. For clients seeking a complete solution, turn-key delivery can include installation, presentation styling and coordination of photography and video, leaving the yacht ready to use. The consultancy aims to provide a smooth, well-coordinated process and a lasting quality result.
