Anglerfreunde Untertraubenbach e.V. is a fishing club based in the Cham district of Germany, founded in 1988. Its members share a passion for angling and a commitment to friendship and community. The club aims to provide anglers with good fishing opportunities along the Regen River, including its natural backwaters, and also manages access to local waters. Its website notes that the Pösinger and Daiminger gravel lakes are closed to fishing until December 31, 2026, due to fish stocking.
The club brings members together through a calendar of fishing events, including opening, Father’s Day, eel, championship and season-closing outings, as well as comparative fishing. It also organizes youth activities such as fishing sessions and a youth camping weekend. Beyond events, the site shares club history, schedules, competition standings, catch records, fishing-king results, galleries and information for visiting anglers. Anglerfreunde Untertraubenbach is centered on recreational fishing, preserving welcoming conditions at its waters, and keeping camaraderie at the heart of club life.
