AFARD, the Agency for Accelerated Regional Development, is a local non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting the West Nile region in Uganda. Established in 2000, AFARD was formed by passionate professionals from the region who recognized the need for sustainable development. The organization aims to address the challenges faced by the community through various projects and initiatives.
