AFASAF-FASD is an association that represents families of people with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) and Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD). Marking ten years of work, it aims to improve the quality of life of affected people and their families through support, education and awareness. Its work brings together families, professionals and institutions, and the organization offers programs and care services alongside external services and resources.
It also helps families connect through support groups, workshops and other activities, including spaces for mutual support and family self-care. Its agenda features initiatives for young people with FASD, as well as sessions for parents and caregivers addressing challenging situations, relationships, sexuality and digital risks. AFASAF-FASD shares information through its website, news, videos and institutional relations, and invites the public to contribute through membership, donations and volunteering.
