AFENET Nigeria is a non-profit networking and service alliance dedicated to improving public health systems in Africa. With operations in over 31 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, AFENET works closely with Ministries of Health to build strong and sustainable programs and capacity. Their core competences include workforce development, program security, health informatics, communication services, risk and compliance management, logistics management, and fiduciary management.

AFENET offers a wide range of services, including training programs for Field Epidemiology and Laboratory Training Programs (FELTPs) and other applied epidemiology programs. They aim to strengthen field epidemiology and public health laboratory capacity to effectively address epidemics and other major public health problems in Africa. With a track record of over 20 completed projects, AFENET has published over 9,764 public health publications and won more than 15 awards.
