Affinity Pathfinder offers somatic coaching and community for people experiencing burnout, disconnection, or the strain of carrying too much alone. Led by Erica, the practice supports creatives, helpers, healers, activists, and others who may feel depleted, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Its approach begins with the body and nervous system, emphasizing regulation and supportive relationships before insight or goal-setting. Coaching may integrate somatic practices, IFS-informed parts work, Brainspotting, breath, sound, movement, and tools for use between sessions. Work is shaped around each person’s needs, history, identity, and circumstances rather than following a fixed protocol.
Affinity Pathfinder offers one-to-one somatic coaching, Affinity Circles, and coaching focused on love, connection, and belonging, with options for men and women. Additional services include performance and creative wellness coaching. The CREATE Model provides a recurring framework: Connect, Recognize, Explore, Align, Take Rooted Action, and Embody and Evolve. Resources include field guides, courses, handouts, PDFs, books, and a blog. Prospective clients can schedule a free consultation, and fees include a sliding-scale option.
