Affinity Sports

Affinity Sports Academy, also known as Affinity Racing Academy, is a motorcycle racing development programme led by British Superbike Champion Leon Haslam. Its goal is to help young riders progress in the sport and develop into future champions. The Academy offers supported rider packages, with coaching and mentorship alongside professionally prepared motorcycles maintained by its own mechanics. Leon personally oversees rider training and development, with health, fitness and mental wellbeing central to the programme. Off-season trials riding also contributes to the riders’ fitness regime.

The Academy gives young racers opportunities to gain experience in leading UK motorcycle racing championships, including through its ROKiT Rookies programme. Its record includes four British Superteen titles, more than 65 podium finishes and over 24 wins. For teams and partners, it provides race-paddock facilities, a race truck and awning, and a 160-seat hospitality unit at each round. Sponsorship opportunities include branding on race machinery and apparel, social media and digital exposure, hospitality experiences and television coverage.
