Affligemse Hondenschool

Affligemse Hondenschool VZW, located in Hekelgem, is a renowned brand that specializes in dog training and obedience. Whether you have a new puppy or an older dog, their team of skilled instructors is dedicated to helping you and your furry friend build a strong bond and develop good behavior. Their training programs cater to dogs of all ages and skill levels.

Starting from the pre-puppy stage (8 weeks to 3 months old), where your dog can freely interact with other puppies and learn basic exercises in a playful manner. As your dog grows, they offer specific training groups for small and large puppies, focusing on socialization and self-confidence. For dogs older than 6 months, the A-group classes provide the foundation for obedience training.

From learning basic commands to following instructions on and off-leash, these classes emphasize attention, repetition, and rewards. Once your dog successfully completes the A-group, they can progress to the B-group, where more advanced exercises and variations are introduced to improve their skills further. The C-group focuses on perfecting the exercises learned in the previous groups and teaching the new command of return to place.

For dogs who have obtained their obedience certificate, the D-group offers maintenance training, allowing them to continue strengthening their abilities and preparing for competitions. Affligemse Hondenschool also offers a range of high-quality training materials, including collars, leashes, different types of retrieval toys, and reward treats.
