AFOL Monza Brianza is an employment and training organisation serving people and businesses in the Monza and Brianza area. It connects jobseekers with employment opportunities and offers guidance through local employment services, including personalised employment plans, work-readiness support and access to public-sector recruitment procedures. Its services also include targeted placement for people with disabilities and information on job vacancies.

The organisation provides a broad range of education and training. Courses are available for unemployed people, alongside specialist programmes, compulsory education through its vocational training centres, and online courses offered by the Academy for Local Authorities. Businesses can access staff training services, while candidates can find courses linked to different sectors, including administration, technology, manufacturing, healthcare, tourism and personal care.
