About Association of Foundations
The Association of Foundations (AF) is the largest network of non-government organizations (NGOs) and foundations in the Philippines. Established in 1972, AF currently has over 200 member organizations spread across the country. They work together towards equitable, inclusive, and sustainable development.
AF offers various services and programs to its members and the development sector. Capacity Building is a core competency of AF, advocating for the professional development of NGO talents. Through their LEAD to Serve Program, they support the growth of competent and committed NGO leaders.
AF also serves as a collaborative platform, facilitating joint actions and partnerships among members and partners. They provide timely and relevant information through their Information Center, and promote transparency and accountability in the NGO sector through the NGO Transparency Initiative (NGO-TI).
