Africa Biogas Program Limited (ABPL) is a social impact company dedicated to providing sustainable access to clean and affordable energy in Kenya. With a vision of driving Africa's economy through clean energy, ABPL has been a key player in the development of the bio-digester market in Kenya since 2015. They have supported over 140 entrepreneurs in the deployment of quality bio-digester technologies to households, enabling them to deliver affordable biogas systems to smallholder farmers.

ABPL operates on a community marketing model called Aggregating Bio-energy Consumers for Development and Entrepreneurship (ABCDE). They organize households into bioenergy user hubs (BUHs) and provide capacity development to elevate their role from technology users to active players in the bioenergy value and supply chain. They also offer business development services and linkages, program/project development and management services, bioenergy advisory services, and facilitate carbon credits aggregation and program development.

Their target groups include households, bioenergy entrepreneurs/companies, national and local governments, and development partners/investors/donors. ABPL works closely with the government to deliver climate change action and sustainable development goals and partners with organizations that share their vision of clean energy driving Africa's economy.
