About The Pan-African Dialogue Institute
The Pan-African Dialogue Institute is a community of African professionals and civic leaders dedicated to contributing to the development of effective policies and practices in Africa. As a civil society think tank, the Institute actively engages in policy formulation, analysis, and advocacy in various areas such as social, economic, political, religious, cultural, scientific, environmental, educational, legal, gender, and business issues. By fostering a multi-sectoral dialogue, the Institute focuses on the African Union (AU) Vision and the 2063 roadmap, working towards the realization of this vision.
Through open exchange of ideas and knowledge sharing, the Institute promotes critical and creative thinking among its members. Building on the principles of Pan-Africanism and solidarity, the Institute values relationships among its members, considering dialogue as both a tool and a culture for sustainable peace and development in Africa. Scholars, civic society leaders, professionals, and organizations interested in interdisciplinary development, dialogue, and peacebuilding are welcome to join the community.
The Institute operates through various commissions that encapsulate its programs and activities, addressing topics such as education, politics, governance, human rights, peace, women and gender, youth capacity, religions, science and technology, society, business, art, culture, and information and communication technology. Join the Pan-African Dialogue Institute and be part of the dialogue for a better Africa
