Africa Direct

**Africa Direct** is a passionate brand that specializes in authentic African art, trade beads, and ethnic jewelry. Founded by Elizabeth and Sara, who began their journey in African art two decades ago, the brand was inspired by their experiences in anti-apartheid activism and their adoption of African-American children. Initially operating through local shows and open houses, Africa Direct has evolved into a global business, primarily selling through platforms like eBay, Etsy, and their own website.

The extensive product range includes beautifully crafted items such as masks, carvings, textiles, jewelry, and unique artifacts sourced directly from local artisans and co-ops across southern Africa. Committed to supporting living artists, Africa Direct also actively contributes to community-led initiatives, donating over $175,000 to non-profits like Shining Hope for Communities. By choosing Africa Direct, customers not only acquire stunning pieces of art but also support vital development projects in Africa, making every purchase meaningful.
