Africa Dream is a foundation dedicated to improving the lives of communities in Africa. Founded in 2004 by a group of Chileans with a shared dream of enhancing the quality of life for their African counterparts, Africa Dream aims to preserve and learn from the valuable aspects of African culture. Their main objective is to foster community engagement by allowing volunteers to contribute their skills and talents in various professional and educational areas, both in Chile and Africa.

Through this cross-cultural exchange, Africa Dream hopes that volunteers will bring back the richness of African culture, fostering a sense of community, friendship, understanding, and connection with nature in their own society. The foundation's roots lie in Sichili, Zambia, where they first learned the best ways to operate in the continent. Africa Dream's mission is to be a foundation that helps improve the lives of communities in sub-Saharan Africa and Chile through the transfer of knowledge and skills from volunteers of diverse nationalities, while respecting local values and beliefs to achieve sustainable projects.
